I can decline your commission if either you or the commission itself continues to make me uncomfortable in any way, even after I've started working on it. If that's the case, you will be held accountable and receive only a partial refund no matter the phase. I have the right of blacklisting you from future commissions if this happens.

I will not create anything including offensive, violating, humiliating, or otherwise harmful content.

If you'd like NSFW artwork from me, you will need to prove you're not a minor.

Payment either up front or after the sketch. If you wish to go with the second option, the sketch I send will be watermarked to prevent theft and I will not work on it further unless you pay.

I accept transactions only through Paypal or Ko-Fi.

I can do full refunds before I start working on the piece, a partial refund after the sketch has been done and there won't be any refunds after I finish the base colors.

You can request up to three major changes free of charge as long as I haven't started the coloring process and anything past it, but after that I will charge you 2-5$ for any major change going onward (price will depend on the art phase). I will consider 3 minor changes as one major change.

I will use your commission on my portfolio and post it on my socials. If you wish to keep it private or delay the time of posting please inform me about it beforehand.

Please keep in mind my artstyle varies a bit from time to time, but the essentials stay the same. Refer to my most recent posts on DeviantArt for accurate versions of my current artstyle.

Always credit me and don't claim the artwork as your own.

If you wish to have something removed/edited in the art piece way after the commission has been completed, please refer back to me and we will figure something out. I'm willing to remove/slighty edit designs of characters for free, but if its anything further like adding new characters or completely changing a design/pose of a character we will have to discuss the price.

Don't trace or heavily reference art you've commissioned from me without asking first. I don't bite as long as it's for learning and you credit me but please ask.

I will never replicate the artstyle of another artist.

You will always get an unwatermarked version of the finished product. (I will still sign it though.)

I will almost always send a version with a transparent background. If I won't for any reason, you can request it.

My TAT (turn around time) should be less than a week, but can go up to 3 months if there will be any complications. I will always let you know if I cant work on your commission for a time.

Please make sure I added you to my Trello if you haven't bought from me through Ko-Fi. I can't keep track of everything at once and might forget about your commission if it's not on my Trello or Ko-Fi.

If a chargeback from your side occurs without any valid reason or communication, you immediately lose all rights to the art piece and will be blacklisted from future commissions. I will proceed to show whatever I need to prove I fulfilled my part of the commission to the respective third party.

I will not expose any personal information about my clients unless absolutely necessary (in case of needing to take legal actions and such.)

You are not allowed to resell my work for a higher price than you bought it for, and/or trade it off for items of higher price. You also cannot sell it with more rights than you originally bought. Always make sure you refer the other party back to my TOS in case of giving away the artwork.

You are not allowed to use my art for merch or any other form of commercial use. If you wish to do so, inform me beforehand and we will discuss the potential additional fee.

You are not allowed to feed my art to AI.

Last but not least, use common sense.
